- Freelancer unable to complete the project
- Service not delivered as per agreed specifications

- Duplicate or unauthorized charges
- Platform service disruption affecting project completion
2.2 Non-Eligible Refund Scenarios
- Change of mind after project completion
- Quality disputes without clear violation of terms
- Delays due to client's failure to provide required information
- Platform fees and service charges
- Projects completed as per agreed specifications
3. Refund Process
3.1 How to Request a Refund
- Submit a refund request through the platform
- Provide detailed reason for the refund request

3.2 Refund Review Process

- Platform may hold funds during dispute resolution

7. Platform Fees
Platform fees are generally non-refundable. However, in cases of platform error or service disruption, fees may be refunded at our discretion. Processing fees charged by payment providers are not refundable.
8. Currency and Exchange Rates
Refunds are processed in the original payment currency. Exchange rate fluctuations may affect the refund amount for international transactions. We are not responsible for any exchange rate differences.
