JobFein is seeking a highly motivated and experienced freelance Community Manager to foster a thriving and engaged community around our platform. This role is crucial for building brand awareness, driving user engagement, and providing valuable support to our freelancers and clients. The Community Manager will be responsible for developing and executing community strategies, managing online presence, and analyzing community feedback to improve the JobFein experience. This is a remote, project-based role with flexible hours, ideal for a self-starter with a passion for community building and a strong understanding of the freelancing landscape.
Responsibilities and Duties:

Community Strategy & Development:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive community strategy aligned with JobFein's overall business goals.
- Identify key community segments and tailor engagement strategies accordingly.
- Establish and maintain clear community guidelines and moderation policies.

Community Engagement & Moderation:
- Proactively engage with community members across various platforms (e.g., JobFein platform, social media, forums).
- Respond to community inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Moderate community discussions to ensure a positive and constructive environment.
- Identify and nurture community advocates and power users.
- Organize and host online events, workshops, and Q&A sessions to foster community interaction.

Content Creation & Management:
- Create engaging and informative content for the community, including blog posts, articles, social media updates, and email newsletters.
- Curate and share relevant content from external sources.
- Manage the community calendar and ensure consistent content delivery.

Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Track and analyze community metrics to measure the effectiveness of community initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports on community growth, engagement, and sentiment.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving community performance.
- Utilize analytics tools to understand user behavior and preferences within the JobFein community.

Platform Management & Optimization:
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in community management.
- Identify opportunities to improve the community experience on the JobFein platform.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to implement community-focused features.
Project Scope and Deliverables:
- Initial Community Strategy Document: Within the first two weeks, deliver a comprehensive document outlining the community strategy, including target audience, engagement tactics, content plan, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monthly Community Reports: Provide monthly reports detailing community growth, engagement metrics (e.g., active users, post frequency, response rates), and key insights/recommendations for improvement.
- Increased Community Engagement: Achieve a measurable increase in community engagement metrics (defined in the initial strategy document) within the first three months.
- Consistent Content Calendar: Maintain a consistent and engaging content calendar, delivering high-quality content to the community on a regular basis.
- Proactive Community Moderation: Effectively moderate the community to ensure a positive and constructive environment, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
